Refund policy
We have policy in place If you want to cancel, pause or change your subscription. Subscription changes can be completed any time.
For products consumed in subscription order:
it has to be returned within 7 working days after delivery of new subscription order.
For products purchased outright by customer and wants to return:

This refunds policy (Policy) sets out what rights you have when purchasing our products (Goods) outright through buy now. Any benefits set out in this Policy apply in addition to rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. This Policy forms part of and is in addition to any terms and conditions between Charged Battery (ACN 69657934391 (we, our or us) and you, the person placing an order for products through our website at https://chargedbattery.com.au/ (Site).
1 Change of Mind returns
1.1 We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) of products for change of mind, including where you have purchased the wrong batteries, and:
a) you contact us through your account on the Site;
b) you have provided the proof of purchase and you purchased the products within 30 days prior to the request for an exchange;
c) the products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed;
d) the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact; and
e) a return and exchanges form has been completed.
1.2 We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.
1.3 You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) in addition to this clause.
2 Australian Consumer Law
2.1 Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Law Rights). Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
2.2 Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
2.3 Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Please contact us for further information.
3 Amendments
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Policy by publishing an amended Policy.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging box and never been used.
Refund to be completed within 30 working days after delivery of product.
To start a return/refund process, you can login to your account details and click on link , enter order number and your email address, click "FIND", Select Battery package amount 1 and reason for return. Ensure total unit of battery matches to what you received in order.
Once submitted, we would we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns for refund purpose, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
